There are many questions that you might have about getting your car repaired. We have listed some of the most commonly asked questions below.

Do you work with all insurance companies?

Yes. We can repair any car, regardless of insurer. When you have a choice of repairer option you simply need to come into our shop and obtain one quote.

Do I have to take my car to where my insurer recommends?

​

No. Many of the clients we repair vehicles for do not have a 'choice of repairer'. We can provide you with a quote to give to your insurer, they  then determine if our quote is competitive. If it is, then you can advise them that you want your car repaired with us.

Do you provide free loan cars?

​

Yes! We have our trusty Ford Focus that we can lend you at no charge. We will just book your repairs in when the loan car is free.

If you are in an accident that is not your fault you are entitled to a replacement car at the expense of the other parties insurer. We will liaise with the insurer to arrange a replacement car.

How long does it take to repair?

​

Small damage (one panel or a bumper bar) can be done in a day as we use new infa red technology. Repair of one or two panels will take 2-3 days, larger damage may take 5-7 days. We will keep you informed of the progress of your repair.
